We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
We accept returns only where an item is materially misdescribed.
A material misdescription may include:
- Incorrect edition or printing stated
- Missing components explicitly described (such as a dust jacket)
- Significant undisclosed damage that affects the item’s integrity or value
Condition grading of books is inherently subjective. Minor wear consistent with age, use, or clearly described condition does not constitute misdescription.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Subjective disagreement with condition
- Damage occurring after delivery
Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Return Shipping
Where a return is accepted due to material misdescription, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service appropriate to the item’s value.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a different condition.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and assessed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.
