By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

All products sold through this website are physical books.

We take care to describe each item accurately and in good faith, including details relating to edition, condition, dust jackets, inscriptions, and provenance where known. Photographs form part of the item description.

Due to the nature of rare and second-hand books:

  • Condition grading is inherently subjective
  • Minor wear consistent with age and use may be present
  • Buyers are encouraged to read descriptions carefully and review images before purchase

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.

Orders

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be cancelled except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Returns & Refunds

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns are accepted only where an item is materially misdescribed.

Examples of material misdescription may include:

  • Incorrect edition or printing stated
  • Missing components explicitly described (e.g. dust jacket)
  • Significant undisclosed damage

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor wear consistent with age and clearly described
  • Differences of opinion on subjective condition grading

Any return request must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

Shipping

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an item has been dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
